When we woke up, my friend told me that I had very irregular breathing while I slept and she believed I had sleep apnea.
For the medically uninclined, sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by interrupted breathing during sleep. Essentially, while sleeping I would stop breathing for seconds at a time over and over again throughout the night. Think of it like hardcore snoring. This affects my quality of sleep and, if left untreated, could lead to a host of other health problems when I'm older.
Well, I knew exactly what to do! After Googling Sleep Apnea for hours, I discovered that I could either go to a sleep lab and get a SUPER sexy sleeping mask

OR an alternate and less awkward approach is playing the didgeridoo! According to my extensive research, i.e. more Google, I found that playing the didgeridoo has been shown in clinical studies to help ease the symptoms of sleep apnea! The process of playing the didgeridoo strengthens the musculature in the throoat and the low pitch drone acts like a sensual massage that throats can't get enough of! I could, essentially, cure myself of sleep apnea and learn how to play a sweet instrument.
I 1-clicked my way to having a brand new didgeridoo! Shout out to Amazon!
Let's see is music can soothe the savage beast!
